A Local Story, 15 Years In The Making

From the beginning, quality has never been negotiable.

Our ingredients are sourced from Italy, and our approach is rooted in authenticity.
We use real fruit — not artificial flavouring — with as much as 1 kilo of fruit in every 5 liters of sorbet.

Even our sugar is carefully chosen: organic light brown sugar, for a cleaner, more natural taste.

This isn’t mass-produced dessert.
It’s gelato made the way it’s meant to be.

Built on Quality, Inspired by Italy

Crèmerie Ste-Anne Gelato has been part of the community for nearly 15 years — long before the name changed.

It all started with a small kiosk by the waterfront in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

What began as a simple idea quickly proved something bigger. Within just a few days, it was clear: people loved it. But more importantly, there was an opportunity to create something even better — a product made with real care, real ingredients, and a higher standard.

That’s when the vision shifted from selling ice cream… to crafting something truly exceptional.

Our Story

Crafted, Not Manufactured

Everything we serve is made in small batches.

Our churros?
A recipe we developed ourselves — with only 7 simple ingredients, unlike most products filled with unnecessary additives.

Our gelato?
Constantly evolving, always improving, and made with intention.

We’re part of a small group of makers who still believe in doing things properly — not cutting corners.

A New Chapter

You may have known us as Vivianne Gelato.

While the name has changed, the foundation hasn’t.

Crèmerie Ste-Anne Gelato represents the next chapter — one that’s more connected to the waterfront, the town, and the experience we want every customer to have.
